mPower Beverage has an online Help Desk. The Help Desk allows mPower clients to create their own support tickets, see the status of support tickets, and gives them access to our online knowledgebase.
mPower clients should receive an invitation to the help desk in their email. This email will look like this:
Click on ‘Accept The Invitation’ to create your login.
If you did not receive this email, please reach out to our support team at 972.234.5881 x1 to receive the invite.
Accessing the Help Desk
The link to the Help Desk is: support.mpowerbverage.com
To login, click Sign In on the top right.
Enter in the email you signed up with and the password you chose. If you forgot your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the right-hand side to reset. mPower cannot reset this password for you.
Once you are logged in, you will have the option to search the knowledgebase or view/create tickets.
