Beverage Specific Item Setup
With mPower you can order and sell by the case, pack or bottle/can. No need to create a separate SKU to sell a single out of a six pack.
You can merchandise far beyond the standard department, category and sub-category. Within each item you can attach attributes such as producer, supplier, country, region, appellation, varietal, vintage, color, flavor, type, style, and any other attributes that you may wish to define. You can attach reviews with reviewer and points. You can attach profile information such as food pairings, finish, texture, complexity, tannin, and body. Your employees can easily help your customers find exactly what they are looking for in the store, and your customers can easily find what they are looking for on your website or mobile app.

Customer Loyalty Tools
With mPower you can assign customers to the loyalty program and award points based on purchases. You can assign points based on any department, category, sub-category or attribute. For example, if you only want to award one half point per dollar on lower margin beer items, you can do that. And, if you want to award three points per dollar on your high-end spirit items, you can do that too. You can create double points days or double points hours. You can even give double or triple points on the customer’s birthday or birth month if you want. You get the idea – the possibilities are almost limitless.
You can also build customer loyalty by marketing to customers based on purchase history. For example, you can create a scotch customer group so that whenever someone purchases scotch, the system adds the person to that group. You can then pull an email or mailing list for your scotch customer group and send them information about products that might interest them.

Intelligent Ordering and Transferring
With mPower you can create ordering and transferring alerts based on business metrics. For example, you can create weekly suggested transfer reports which will alert you to products that have a shortage at one location and a surplus at another based on current selling velocity by location. Creating transfers based on this intelligence can reduce the chance that you miss sales due to having the right product in the wrong location.
You can also use the intelligent ordering system to buy the right products within a supplier deal. For example, if you are presented with a one hundred case deal on Bacardi Rum, mPower can tell you how many cases of each size and flavor to purchase and for which locations based on current selling velocity by location. Current selling velocity is just one metric on which you can base your business intelligence. You can use other metrics as well such as par counts or last year’s sales.

Easy In / Easy Out
With mPower you can easily import data. Our team members will help you extract the data out of your existing system and import it into mPower. If you do not have an existing system, we have a pre-loaded database with over 20,000 standard beverage items complete with UPC, description, size, case pack quantity, and assignment to the correct department and category. We can also provide you with templates for a more manual import or we can work with your suppliers’ price lists.
You can also easily get data out of mPower. This makes it easy for you to sell your products through services like Drync, Drizly, or BevSites, push price changes to an electronic shelf tag system like Pricer, push purchase orders to a payment service like Fintech, or pull your daily activities into an accounting system like QuickBooks.
Multiple Location Support
With mPower you can efficiently manage many locations. Things like pricing, vendors, and promotions can be location specific. Ordering and transferring can be done for a single location or across multiple locations. Each store’s activities can be sent to the headquarters database in near real-time. You can then run reports and analyze data across your entire organization.
With mPower you can have reports delivered to individuals or to distribution lists on a schedule. Daily sales reports, weekly exception reports tracking no-sales or discounts given at the register by employee, and monthly year over year comparison reports are examples of reports that our customer have scheduled using our automated reporting tool.
See your store in real-time, no matter where you are located. Our mPower Beverage POS Software is TCP/IP based which means you can have a real-time access POS for your liquor store from any internet connection. Create wine orders, run reports, manage customer groups, and perform all of your back office functions from home or a local coffee shop. To access the back office remotely, you must either have an external static IP address at your store or utilize our cloud server hosting.
